Our order csv files do not have a country column. Could you provide a blank text box in the preset setup to allow for us to input it in manually or add United States to the dropdown area? For these csv files they are all USA orders.
- Only issue now is when the order file does import to shopify a name does not appear in shopify. The shipping and all is correct. Do you have a fix for this issue?
- Also we use shipstation to shipout and the orders we import into shopify from your product do not import into shipstation. Do we have to change a setting or configure a field?
- Does the inventory decrement on shopify when adding an order via order imp?
- You should be able to type directly into the preset dropdown to enter a static value.
- The app was designed more for historical orders, we are working on creating a new version for merchants who want to import live orders to ship. The only issue we see so far is no way to charge/refund an order since we are not importing payment credentials
- Currently the inventory does not decrements.
