Question: I’m trying to import a small set of test orders to ensure I have everything formatted correctly but none are working. On the “Orders” page within your app, it just says “error” but doesn’t tell me what the error is so I don’t know what I need to fix. What can I do here?
Answer: On the orders page if you click the order # or customer email it will open the specific order and display some information about the reason for the error. You can also directly edit and upload from here.
