Question: Our orders uploaded properly into shopify, but our shipping app isn’t recognizing the orders. We can’t figure out what the problem is.
1- we import orders as “unfulfilled” under fulfillment. should we try different text for those cells in the csv?
2- unarchiving them did not trigger it to pass into the shipping app. that was the first thing we tried. they currently show as unfulfilled, open orders on shopify, but they are not flowing through.
